Will you have "some item" in stock soon?

If you cannot find an item you wish to purchase, and it is an item we would carry, please e-mail: customerservice@jpbenterprise.com An attempt will be made to stock that item. (You will be notified when it is available or if it will not be stocked.)


Can I purchase items by check or money order?

Yes, just follow the link for "Order Form" in the navigation bar. Fill out the order form, include a check or money order for the total, and send it to:

Be sure to use the shipping chart in your calculations before sending payment. Also, residents of Pennsylvania must multiply the sum of the subtotal and the shipping by 1.06 to get the total. This is because residents of PA must pay 6% sales tax and shipping is also taxed.


What is PayPal?

PayPal is a payment provider used by thousands of webs sites, and it is the most used payment method on Ebay. If you haven't already encountered PayPal, it is secure, and creating an account with them will serve you well on the internet. You can verify your account with them and have funds directly routed from and to your bank account. JPB Enterprise has chosen to use PayPal, for the time being, because millions of people have signed up with PayPal and it will expedite their check out process. Those who haven't used PayPal before will not be asked for more information then any other internet check out process.


Would www.jpbenterprise.com be interested in purchasing my collectable?

At this time JPB Enterprise is not purchasing older collectibles. The items available on this website are all new and unopened. However, an update is planned, and it has not been determined if a section for older collectibles should be added to the site. Please feel free to e-mail customerservice@jpbenterprise.com and your offer will be added to our current list.


Would you tell me the current price of an item, and/or where to find it?

Customerservice@jpbenterprise.com will try to give accurate answers to these questions. Due to the possible permanent discontinuation of the Special Order system, www.jpbenterprise.com does not currently have access to the leading resources for these inquiries. Customer Service will try to help or point you in the right direction in hopes that you hold JPB Enterprise in good regard for the future.
