Return PolicyAll mechandise may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs, for a period of thirty days after purchase. The returned item must be in resale condition, having all packaging complete and in new condition. Items that are sealed in plastic must be unopened to qualify for a refund. Please contact Customer Service before returning items to avoid confusion and delay. Please include your information with the returned item. Return shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. |
Shipping PolicyAll merchandise will be shipped within three business days. In most cases the item(s) will be shipped within 12 to 24 hours*. All shipping will be through USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail shipping generally takes two to four days for delivery. Shipping rates include insurance. Shipping rates are as follows:

PaymentPayment can be made with a credit card through the shopping cart via PayPal. If you wish to make an order by Check or Money Order you may do so by filling out the Order Form and sending it with payment. Payments made by personal check will take an extra 3 to 10 days for processing before shipment. |
Sales TaxAll residents of Pennsylvania must pay a sales tax of 6.0% of the total, including shipping. JPB Enterprise does not collect sales tax from residents outside of Pennsylvania. |
Insurance Claim PolicyIf your item is damaged, missing some or all of the contents, take it immediately to your local post office. In the event that you never receive your item(s), you will need to file an insurance claim. There is a thirty day waiting period, after the date of shipment, before an insurance claim can be filed. (A claim can not be filed after one full year from shipment.) Please e-mail Customer Service, explaining the problem, and you will be directed to a form that you must complete so that we can process your claim and refund your entire payment. |
